As a Professional Regional Controlling (m/w/d), you act as a business partner for our national companies in operational and strategic issues. You support the conceptual and technical development and implementation of controlling systems, processes and structures. In addition, the coordination and harmonisation of the reporting and budgeting processes of our international subsidiaries is one of your tasks. You analyze business development, start KPIs and monitor them to support business decisions. Support in the creation of sales and sales planning, accounting and profit planning, financial planning and investment planning - especially in smaller organisations - is also part of your tasks. You contribute to international and cross-functional projects.
You have successfully completed your business or economic studies with a focus on controlling and have at least two years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with an international focus.
