Team Leader Laboratory (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for a modernly equipped operating laboratory carrying out microbiological, chemical and physical investigations to ensure high quality milk products. As a team leader, you lead a motivated team in 3-shift operation, create clear structures and promote a positive, performance-oriented working environment. At the same time, you control all laboratory processes, prioritize tasks and ensure efficient, smooth processes. In addition, analyse and evaluate quality parameters, monitor laboratory technology and ensure that all methods used comply with the highest standards. With a view to digitalization, you will develop our laboratory information system in a targeted manner and ensure transparency in quality data collection and analysis. In close cooperation with quality management and quality assurance, you contribute to continuously optimizing the quality standards at the site. As part of the local leadership team, you act as an interface to production, technology and sister works and actively shape the further development of our site.

You have successfully completed their studies in food technology, food chemistry or milk technology. Alternatively, you have a completed training to the laboratory master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the laboratory environment is part of your profile. In addition, you will bring practical experience in handling test and measuring instruments as well as modern laboratory technology. The planning and organization of the laboratory work can be mastered as well as the evaluation of analytical methods. Entrepreneurial vision and a pronounced social competence shape your leadership style. You work routined with MS Office; Basic knowledge of SAP is of advantage. You communicate fluently in German and safely in English - in writing as oral.
