Project Manager (m/f/d)

Managing projects independently & successfully You assume the overall responsibility for your turnkey construction projects and are the central contact person for our customers, partners and project participants From planning to appointment control to successful completion, you will coordinate all project processes and ensure an economical and timely implementation Together with the acquisition of projects, you will accompany tenders and awards of post-contractors and ensure efficient project execution Ensuring efficiency & successfully managing projects You keep costs, dates and qualities at any time in mind, check invoices and ensure the economic implementation of your projects In doing so, you coordinate internal and external project participants, conduct construction meetings and make informed decisions for a smooth project development Coordinating construction sites & ensuring quality In close cooperation with the local construction management, you control and monitor the construction sites and coordinate the use of contractors and project teams You ensure compliance with all structural, safety and health requirements and control the professional execution of the work In addition, you will accompany purchases of services and supplies and ensure a high quality completion of your projects

Experienced at home in project business You have completed your studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or in architecture or you have a further education in civil engineering You bring multi-year experience as project manager, construction manager, civil engineer or architect in the project management of turnkey construction projects with You move safely in building, contracting and procurement law and are familiar with VOB, BGB and the relevant national building regulations Responsive, structured & communication strong You work independently, take responsibility and manage your projects with a high degree of organization and initiative In dealing with customers, after-contractors and internal interfaces, you convince by your binding appearance and communication strength You bring travel willingness to your projects, work safely with the current MS Office applications and have reliable knowledge of German (at least C1)
