Dispatcher Partial and Full Loads – USM (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the disposition of national and international transports (proper transport and charter) Creation and processing of transport orders in the ERP system taking into account service levels Monitoring of scheduled transport and control of freight carriers and freight equipment assignment and control of freight forwarders including checking and confirmation of time windows with our time window control system Monitoring of order processing and regular reporting to customers and supervisors Close coordination with customers, drivers and entrepreneurs for a smooth process

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services Multiannual experience in the disposition of partial and complete loads (national / international) Quality, cost and results-conscious thinking and action Embossed customer orientation and a structured and sustainable way of working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage For the care of individual customer and market areas, we are particularly pleased with applicants: Various technical and linguistic skills are required to support different customer and transport relations.
