You are responsible for the professional and organizational management of our area of window technology You control several specialist building managers with a clear focus on quality, appointments and capacities and develop the area in a sustainable and measurable manner You take over the prioritization and capacity and deployment planning of your teams As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with internal specialist departments, clients and suppliers You identify bottlenecks and risks at an early stage and derive pragmatic, solution-oriented measures You optimize processes, processes and structures and thus create efficiency and reliability

Complete training in the field of window construction, metal construction, carpenter's handicraft, wood technology or comparable qualification
