Development of users:in-centered, intuitive user experiences for our patients:in-apps for mobile, tablet and desktop Design and documentation of a new design system Conception and design of administrative software for therapy management Planning and implementation of qualitative and quantitative user research including the Translation and incorporation of the generated insights Organisation and moderation of workshops with stakeholders:inside Close cooperation with Product, Engineering, Roll-Out teams

At least 3-5 years relevant professional experience as UX/UI or Product Designer:in agency or in-house positions Knowledge of German in Word and Scripture at the Mother tongue level (C1) English knowledge of word and writing at a very good level A meaningful portfolio with case studies that demonstrate your experience in creating design artifacts using digital products and services that have been successfully launched Very strong knowledge of Interaction Design and Visual Design Experience in the design and design of complex software Found experience in the field of user research You are a:e highly motivated:r Teamplayer:in A high degree of self-initiative and self-employment Nice-to-Have: Experiences in UX-Copywriting, Motion Design and/or Brand Design
