Dispatcher / Deployment Planner for Container Logistics and Order Processing (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate the delivery, collection and implementation of our office, sanitary and storage containers. You dispose of our own crane trucks, drivers and engineers and commission external freight forwarders and forwarders if necessary. You are planning the operations economically and for the best possible utilization of vehicles and personnel. You will start complete operational information for drivers and technicians and keep all participants informed about changes. You are looking for short-term changes, vehicle failures or delays, and you will find independently practical solutions. You are central contact for our drivers, technicians, customers and external service providers in connection with logistics and repair orders. You document container movements, additional services, waiting times, damages and deviations in the system. You process and track complaints and make sure that open points are reliably completed. You control appointments, utilities and compliance with working, steering and rest periods. You work closely with sales, warehouse and management and actively contribute to the improvement of our processes and our new MRP software.

You have a completed commercial or technical training. Ideally, you already have experience in disposition, logistics, deployment planning, rental, construction site coordination or in technical customer service. You are also welcome as a cross-releaser when you bring experience in the organization of vehicles, personnel, construction sites or service operations. You have basic technical understanding and can quickly work into containers, vehicles and assembly processes. You work structured and can keep a look at multiple jobs and appointments at the same time. You can set priorities and make clear decisions for short-term changes. You communicate bindingly and directly with customers, drivers, technicians and entrepreneurs. You have enforcement capability without losing the right touch. You think economically and try not only to keep dates, but also to use vehicles and personnel in a sensible way. You work reliably, independently and solution-oriented. You are safe in handling Outlook, Microsoft Office and digital planning systems. You own a class B license.
