Strategic development: You build our analytics area, develop data-based strategies and shape the future of our existing customer management. Process optimization through data: You identify operational improvement potentials, use modern analysis methods and drive automation as well as efficiency enhancement. Modern data landscape: Together with BI, you develop innovative data structures and analyses, build our BI landscape (especially Tableau) and provide the basis for effective data visualizations as a basis for important corporate decisions. Data-driven customer strategies: You ensure that existing customers are optimally supervised and develop data-based approaches for our receivable management. Monitoring & KPIs: You design early warning systems and implement key figures to measure performance and give control-relevant impulses. Stakeholder Management: You translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for departments and management and accompany the implementation of measures.

Analytical Foundation: You have successfully completed your studies in mathematics, statistics, economic mathematics, business informatics, data science or a comparable subject. Experience with data and strategies: You bring several years of experience in the analysis, processing and strategic use of data - ideally in financial or receivable management. Tool expertise: You master SQL, Snowflake and modern programming languages such as Python, R or SAS and can safely use them in projects. Business Intelligence in mind: You have experience in building and developing BI solutions, preferably with Tableau and know how to visualize data effectively. KPI and monitoring competence: You understand how key figures, monitoring systems and early warning indicators are developed and controlled to secure decisions based on data. translator between worlds: You can prepare complex analyses to make clear recommendations for action for different stakeholders. Personal strengths: You are characterized by communication strength, self-motivation, hand-on mentality and sense of responsibility.
