This is the special aspect of the role: In the position you support the further development of our corporate strategy and the implementation of new business areas. Specifically, you support us in marketing strategies for “modern savings banks” and advanced payment strategies (e.g. ApplePay, In-Car-Payment). You will have a special opportunity to participate in strategic and operational tasks while taking an interface between the management and the various areas of the company. Within the first two years we will also prepare you for possible leadership tasks in the DSV Group.

You support management in strategic and operational tasks and daily business You work in overarching projects and represent the management as needed. You will follow trends and market events and guide recommendations for action on your own and quickly get new topics and prepare them in a structured manner. Preparation and follow-up of meetings and working groups in the DSV and the Sparkassen Financial Group Coordination of the tasks for management resulting from work groups Preparation of business decisions by analysis and transfer to decision-making Cooperation in overarching projects to take over a total project responsibility

Successfully completed studies, ideally focusing on IT and business or comparable qualifications 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position (in a management consultancy and/or in an IT-close business environment) Experience or knowledge of payment transactions (wallet, map, eCommerce) are viewed as a plus point Analytical thinkability and ability to understand complex facts and condense data to essential content and visualize them according to target groups Self-employed, proactive, structured and solution-oriented work Design-friendly personality paired with the courage to go new ways Team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Safe handling of MS Office and Collaboration application and first experience with AI German and English skills: fluent and in word and writing Discretion and professionalism in all matters
