Qualification: Completed training as a civil engineering worker / road builder / (m/w/d) or in a comparable profession; Professional experience: Multiannual experience in deep or cable deep construction, ideally in railway infrastructure and with first responsibility for construction sites or columns Expertise: knowledge in the execution of civil engineering works, in the reading of construction drawings and in the handling of technical regulations and documents Leadership competence: organisational talent, enforcement ability and joy in leading employees professionally and jointly achieving results Responsibility: Self-employed, structured and economic work and a high awareness of quality and safety at work Mobility and flexibility: Class B driving licence and readiness to nationwide mounting inserts
