You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture, model, and refine processes in BPMN 2.0, ensuring alignment with our modeling standards and governance. Participate in workshops with business representatives to understand business needs and document future-state processes
Understand SAP-related business processes and translate them to process models in Signavio using BPMN 2.0 notation
Act as a gatekeeper for our modeling guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all teams
Help maintain and optimize the process repository in Signavio
Understand, execute and help to optimize the lifecycle of a process model in the FIT4 program and tools
You study Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field
You are interested in project management, agile procedures and business processes, especially within the SAP landscape
You have a basic understanding about processes within Operations/ Sales & Service/ Finance & Procurement
You are familiar with BPMN 2.0 modeling language, experience with modeling tools is a plus
You are interested in the setup and daily work of the FIT4 program
You think and work in structured ways, are good at self-organizing, time and task management
You are empathic and a great team player
You are fluent in German and so in English
