You accompany the development of innovative business models – from the first idea to validation to market launch and scaling. You identify real user needs and analyze challenges in the healthcare market in order to derive new innovation potential. You develop new products and develop strategic concepts for marketing, pricing and go-to-market. You plan and conduct practice-oriented market experiments – for example with landing page tests, MVPs or rapid prototyping – to check hypotheses and business model approaches. You work closely and solution-oriented with UX designers:inside, software developers:inside and venture architects to bring ideas into implementation.

Current studies in the field of innovation & entrepreneurship, communication design, user interface design, user experience design, business psychology or a comparable degree programme Interest in healthcare and design and evaluation of digital solutions First experience in the development of digital products, ideally in the field of health or medicine (e.g. through university projects, secondary jobs or internships) desirable Secure handling of digital tools like Jira, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel & Co Own-sponsored, structured working and joy in introducing new ideas Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
