You are a reliable contact person and take responsibility for the technical, qualitative and timely execution of the transferred customer orders and are responsible for the testing and acceptance of deliveries and services, as well as for the coordination and monitoring of cross-company implementation orders with our focus customers. You instruct, control and monitor professionally assigned employees, after-contractors and suppliers in compliance with the contractual conditions agreed upon for the customer order, take responsibility for the compliance and implementation of the BT-IE project management processes during the execution phase as well as the adaptation, modification and optimization of systems and components. You review the agreed contract details, check and complete the order-side execution plans and cooperate in the production of assembly and factory planning. You support the collection of offers, check them, analyse the required performance of the assignment, as well as the personnel and material requirements and ensure the economic and professional implementation of the construction projects. You create schedules, coordinate and monitor the execution by their own personnel and subcontractors in terms of time, standard compliance (legal and regulatory requirements), quality as well as internal and external regulations and standards. You monitor all project-relevant key figures and contract conditions, analyze deviations and derive anti-control measures. You act forward-looking and cross-company, create scales, documentation and acceptance reports, participate in project meetings, organize and carry out even acceptances, as well as instructions and training with support from technology and support to the customer. You develop problem solutions and align them with customers, carry out system acquisitions together with customers, ensure sustainable customer satisfaction and develop them further. For our customers, You are first contact persons of Bosch with regard to technical, contractual and terminological issues, interfaces to after-contractors, planners, project managers and specialist departments and participate in meetings, performance assessments and decreases etc. You recognize optimization potentials, as well as the need for extension or modification of existing systems, actively address this to the customer and execute them accordingly in coordination with the customer after commissioning. You contribute to the presentation and argumentation of the concepts, follow-ups and planning to the developer representatives and support the project manager. You judge contractors and suppliers according to technical aspects, define and coordinate technical requirements. In close cooperation with the technical specialists, You create templates for implementing customer-specific IT security requirements and coordinate their compliance. You coordinate software migrations and measures to customize management systems.

Education: at least 3-year completed subject-specific vocational training and at least 2-year professional training (e.g. technician, master, Bachelor) or comparable Know-how: Solid knowledge in building and contract law, as well as normative and legal building regulations (including VOB-B, DIN VDE / EN; ISO27001). Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project.
