Take care of the introduction, administration and further development of the central purchasing process, along with its tools, in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders and your team. Develop concepts for demand and supplier management, check, select and maintain suppliers and act as a central contact person for the Professional Services product group. Actively participate in requirements workshops and accompany Proof of Concepts. Take offer and contract negotiations, meet professionally informed decisions and continuously optimize your workflows and processes. Coordinate stakeholder management and promote cooperation with specialist departments, risk management and legal departments. Manage purchasing processes, suppliers and process input invoices including approval after consolidating by the department. Check purchase requests for plausibility, cost-effectiveness and compliance with the purchasing guidelines. Create reports for your task and provide relevant key figures.

You have a completed commercial training or comparable qualification and experience in purchasing, especially in the field of IT-Professional Services. You have several years of experience in shopping, ideally in similar product groups. You bring experience in dealing with cloud contracts and the introduction of central purchasing tools. You have first experiences in the regulated financial services environment, e.g. with DORA or GDPR. You are strong in communication and can convey your messages to the address. You have a good IT confession and have a pronounced analytical ability. You work structured and document carefully. You are convinced by strong team and communication skills and are targeted, solution- and customer-oriented. You work independently and target-oriented, attach value to high quality and have solid English skills.
