As a Legal Commercial Manager (m/w/d), you are setting the company's commercial standards and preparing complex negotiations - and thus contribute to the sustainable success of our company. Negotiation: You support the traders: in the commercial consulting of large-volume tenders during the acquisition phase, in the contractual negotiations and throughout the entire contract term. Contracts: You analyze and evaluate the framework agreements of the most important clients of society. You run the framework contract database team, control and check the performance of the team members when recording the relevant commercial KPIs. Stakeholder Management: You develop benchmark formulations for our commercial standard contractual clauses and enter the roll-out into all businesses. Consultation: You support consulting on contractual obligations and design of contracts. Strategy: You are part of a strategic department directly under the board.

Completed study of law, ideally 2. State Exams Professional experience in contract law or contracting, ideally in a multinational corporation, a WPG, a top-tier advice or similar Analytical skills and understanding of complex facts, detailed, careful and independent working methods, strong team and communication skills Service-oriented (in-house consulting) and solution-oriented thinking German and English very well in word and writing (to be negotiated), good knowledge in the common MS Office applications.
