System Engineer Electromagnetic Fields (m/w/d)

The Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH applies cutting-edge methods and modern techniques in the field of digital architecture for the development of our military land vehicles. The EDA department analyzes, specifies and designs electrical and electronic components of our tactical vehicles based on features & functions to achieve maximum modular scalable system development. As a system of engineering electrical/electronics, you are active at both system level and sub-system level of the entire vehicle. Evaluation, analysis and production of specifications in the field of electromagnetic fields (EMF) on various systems (total system, subsystem and subgroup) Identification and preparation of relevant customer requirements, standards and regulations in EMF Conception and implementation of measures to optimize electromagnetic compatibility Creation and maintenance of verification and verification documents to ensure the traceability of EMF development requirements Implementation and participation in interdisciplinary reviews Creation of antenna concepts and flash protection concepts Cooperation with various departments and external partners Start-up of prototypes and radio systems

Successfully completed (specialized) university studies in the field of communication technology or high-frequency technology Professional experience in EMC / EMF Experience with DOORS and MS Office; CST and Matlab desirable Experience in system development according to V-model and with military or automotive standards Teamability, analytical thinking, readiness to learn Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
