Senior Consultant Personnel Development - Recruiting / Training (m/f/d)

Analysing the need for further training in the company, advises managers in the selection of appropriate measures and thus actively shape our learning culture. You design and implement modern personnel development measures – from digital learning content that you also create with AI tools, to training and coaching that you carry out independently. You are responsible for the Recruiting process for our service area, control it efficiently with our tool Coveto and act as a central contact point for the field lines. You’re writing attractive job advertisements, selecting the appropriate recruiting channels and making sure we’re thrilling the right talents for us. You take the lead or collaboration in strategic HR projects and introduce your expertise in special tasks to further develop our HR department.

You have a degree in psychology, economic education or a comparable study with a focus on personal development Alternatively, you have a completed commercial training with corresponding further training in the personnel sector You bring at least 5-8 years of professional experience in similar positions You have experience in the presentation and moderation of groups You use AI-based tools competently to develop and optimize digital learning content You have good knowledge in handling MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) You have very good German skills You are so confident and have strong social competence and empathy You work structured, reliable and careful and have good self and time management
