This is a newly created place that will complement an existing team of two people. The company is conveniently located east of Osnabrück and is therefore easily accessible for candidates from different regions. The customer plans to occupy the job in the long term as part of the personal placement (direct setting at the customer). What does this mean for you? Development of Lean Management in Production Detection of optimization potentials Implementation of training Support / support of colleagues in implementing new ideas Documentation of production processes Development and implementation of internal audits, e.g. 6-S or process audits

A completed technical training with appropriate training or studies in the fields of lean management or process management Professional experience required in the relevant task Safe handling of MS Office Secure appearance, social competence and esteemed communication Self-employed, pragmatic, flexible and structured work High level of motivation, commitment and team skills
