Full support of the Recruiting Process for Industrial, Construction and Commercial Positions Close cooperation with our specialist areas for accurately fitting open positions Self-creating and publishing job alerts on relevant platforms and care in the applicant management system Screening, qualified preselection and targeted matching of talents to our vacancies Proactive identification and direct address of suitable talents for challenging positions Organisation and implementation of interviews Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of recruiting events and career fairs throughout Germany

Complete economic studies, a commercial training or a comparable qualification with a focus on personnel / human resources Multiannual professional experience in recruiting, ideally in the group environment or in a technically shaped environment Market understanding for the Berlin and surrounding region, ideal for the construction industry Experience in Inhouse Recruiting and Active Sourcing (especially with LinkedIn) Ideal experience with the applicant management system “SAP SuccessFactors” Team player*in with structured, independent working combined with communication strength and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage readiness to travel to the regular presence in our offices in Rangsdorf and Eisenhüttenstadt (regular work place is Berlin)
