Close cooperation and advice of the departments on all data protection topics Interface to the external data protection officer and the internal legal department Further development and maintenance of the data protection management system Run and update VVT Regular review and update of TOM Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Examination and creation of data protection-relevant documents (e.g. AV contracts, privacy statements, consents) Implementation of regular document reviews and quality assurances Participation in data protection impact assessments Support in the processing of data panels including documentation Processing of incoming data protection requests and regular reporting within the staff and to management

Completed university studies in business informatics or a comparable subject Funded knowledge of the GDPR/BDSG and relevant safety standards Multiannual professional experience in data protection, ideal as a data protection officer Proven specialist in data protection (e.g. through further education or certifications such as TÜV, DEKRA, GDD) Very good understanding of IT landscapes and processes Excellent sense of responsibility and high integrity Communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders High self-organisation, self-initiative and team capacity very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
