In the Marketing Excellence team, you will significantly shape the digital appearance of NOVENTI. In doing so, we pursue the demand for quality leadership – with the clear goal of making our customers a fan.

As a specialist head of digital & performance marketing, you are part of the marketing leadership team and the key player for all digital marketing topics. You advise professionally on website and performance marketing topics and coordinate strategically relevant projects – in particular the relaunch of our entire website universe. As an internal interface, you work closely with communication, shop team, IT and other departments. In this context, you actively control our tech stack as well as topics such as domain structure and rights management. In addition, you are responsible for managing and coordinating external digital partners, especially in the fields of backend, frontend, performance marketing and data analytics. You are responsible for the operation, the strategic development and the conceptual optimization of our digital website in accordance with the company's objectives – in close coordination with internal IT and external service providers. If necessary, you will also work with and begin working as well as pflegst independent landing pages in front and backend in Typo3 and OnePage. UX, Web Technology and Performance Asspects You continuously review our digital presence state of the art and develop it specifically. In performance marketing, you control all measures with a clear focus on lead generation and conversion optimization – together with sales marketing teams and external partners. You analyze website and campaign data, guide optimization potentials and develop reporting and dashboard structures to KPI-based performance control. You actively test market and competition developments and guide trends as well as concrete recommendations for action.

A completed university degree in the field of marketing, digital or a comparable subject is your basis. In addition, you will bring at least five years of professional experience to the agency or business page. You understand yourself as a digital all-rounder with well-founded knowledge in handling Typo3, OnePage and common CMS systems. The safe use of relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Optimize and Usercentrics is a matter of course for you. A strong interest in AI as well as its possible applications in marketing and operating everyday life are yours. Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making and strong communication and stakeholder management are your strengths. You treat proactively, take responsibility and keep calm and structure even in dynamic situations. Self-responsible work is just as easy as the parallel taxation of several topics.
