Head of Credit, Financing and Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Debitor Management team and develop your employees sustainably. You are the central contact person for employees, shareholders and auditors in all relevant issues of your responsibility. You analyse credit and default risks, derive appropriate measures and actively contribute to risk management. You are responsible for the control, monitoring and continuous optimization of all processes in receivable and debitor management. You maintain and develop our banking relationships and act as the main player for our financing partners. Financial and banking topics coordinate you independently and accompany them from analysis to implementation. Our affiliated partners support you competently with financing-relevant questions. Together with the internal treasury, you will ensure efficient liquidity and financial management. For management, you create meaningful analyses, reports and decision-making bases. You actively promote the harmonisation, standardization and digitization of processes and significantly contribute to the further development of your area.

You bring a degree with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification with You have well-founded experience in credit, financing or debt management Balance sheet analysis as well as commercial, insolvenz and security issues are familiar to you You act entrepreneurial, make decisions with an eye dimension and keep an overview even in complex situations Communication at eye level and a sovereign appearance are of course for you You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented.
