Perform the entire planning from design and execution planning of the project, consisting of internal and external employees:inside and external planners:inside Planning coordination of the entire project Check design and execution planning on technically and contractually correct contents Determination and follow-up of plan changes Optimization of technical solutions in dialogue with the planning and construction participants Leading internal and external engineering offices incl. Contract negotiations and follow-up negotiations together with the project management Participation in planning and construction meetings internally and externally Budget responsibility for planning Control and monitoring of plan sequences and planning periods Parent ZTV-Ing. Coordination Support for project management in the enforcement of grants

Successful degree in Civil Engineering Multiannual professional experience in execution planning/planning coordination, project management or in a comparable position Good knowledge of MS-Office and various CAD systems (e.g. Revit) of advantage High technical and economic understanding Communication strength, sense of responsibility, team capacity as well as an independent, committed and careful way of working complete your profile
