With the help of Koch (d/w/m), our kitchen team will help you to offer our guests culinary quality at a consistently high level – from breakfast to lunch to small à la carte or event preparations. Whether in the preparation of hot and cold dishes, the support at the live cooking station, at the mise en place and preparation of fresh foods, or in the careful control and filling of the buffets and expenses – you pack in where you are needed. You keep an overview in the kitchen, work clean and efficient, and if everything is freshly prepared, it smells after good food and the plates come back satisfied, you know: you have done everything right.

You love the kitchen. You have experience in preparing different dishes and know you with fresh ingredients. You work independently, organize and keep an overview even in stressful moments.
