Your tasks at AllDent Support in the care and quality assurance of our electronic personal files Ensuring completeness and correct storage of HR documents Review, maintenance and correction of the associated metadata fields per document in the HR Management System (e.g. document type, validity data, categories) Close coordination with the HR team and the location managers in case of uncertainties or missing information Coordination with colleagues on quality management to ensure the audit conformity of personal files
