You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the FIEGE lean strategy. In doing so, you tax, enter and monitor the strategy implementation in close coordination with the executives. You work at the interface between the lean management network at business and branch level as well as the customer. You regularly perform internal and external benchmarking to generate new impulses. The coaching and training of managers and employees (w/m/d) in the practical implementation of lean management are also part of your task. You ensure the sustainability of the implemented lean management methods and tools. You conduct process analyses and identify potential improvements in our logistics processes. You address the implementation and management of workshops and projects in the context of the “Lean & Process” project management. You document best practices from the branches and provide them for the network.

You bring a successfully completed economic and engineering studies. You have professional experience in the practical application and implementation of lean management systems (even through student work or internships). You have acquired practical know-how in change and project management. You communicate in word and writing, also in English. You have a structured way of working as well as analytical, conceptual and organizational skills. You like to work in the team, you can motivate and also have presentation and method skills. You want to advance changes in the branch and implement process optimization together with colleagues (w/m/d) in the branch.
