Team Leader Logistics (m/w/d) - Responsibility for Warehouse and Shipping

In this key position, you take over the management of the logistics team and are responsible for all warehouse processes in internal and external logistics. You optimize processes, guide and develop your team and ensure the smooth handling of logistics tasks – from national and international shipping to quality assurance of goods acceptance. Leadership and further development of the logistics team Responsibility for all storage areas of internal and external logistics and the service area Operational storage tasks such as goods acceptance, quality assurance, commissioning and loading Process optimization and continuous improvement of logistics processes Organisation and implementation of national and international shipping Close cooperation with internal departments, such as production and purchasing, as well as external service providers role model in the team, responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Complete training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, ideally complemented by a further training to the logistics master or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the logistics of a manufacturing company Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Representative leadership skills, team skills and communicative strength Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office High self-initiative and resilience and flexibility
