Site Manager - Track Renovation / Concrete Repair / Project Management (m/f/d)

Recording & assessment: You absorb damage and deficiencies of railway infrastructure buildings (e.g. platforms), assess the ability to renovate and assume a first cost assessment Coordination: You are responsible for the technical coordination, implementation and control of all processes in refurbishment Responsibility & communication: You take responsibility (in quality, in time, in budget) for the projects and ensure transparent communication between department management, technical office and work preparation to ensure project success

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, a training as a construction technician or a master title in construction. You bring practical experience in concrete repairing and have ideally completed SIVV further education. First professional experience in refurbishment and dealing with customers is a plus, but no need. A structured way of working, a sense of decision and a willingness to travel are yours. For the smooth coordination in the team and with partners, you can safely communicate in German (C1 level).
