Customs & Trade Specialist (m/w/d) – Onsite at Major Client Support our customers as a competent interface on site! You love the dynamics of logistics, feel at home in the world of customs and like to communicate at eye level? Then become part of our onsite team! You act as a central contact person between EV Cargo GmbH and our customer in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and combine expert expertise with efficient customs processing.

In this responsibly function, you support our customers as a professional consultant on site and ensure smooth processes through your proactive action. Your responsibilities: Interface function: You act as a central link to the customer as well as our internal teams and ensure seamless handling of all import shipments Document verification & quality control: You validate freight and trade documents before the customs declaration and accompany possible customs interventions as competent contact person Customs Contact: You are the competent contact point for government requests and are responsible for the professional correspondence and clarification of customs matters Compliance Monitoring: You identify trade compliance risks early and develop preventive measures to secure the supply chain in the team Technical support: You proactively accompany the product classification and are in close contact with engineers and suppliers to clarify product-specific details as needed

Know-how: Multiannual experience in import/export as well as knowledge in customs law and in handling via ATLAS Personality: You are characterized by a safe appearance and a pronounced communication skills and convince by a solution-oriented way of working Teamability: Instead of individual achievements, we focus on cooperation and respectful cooperation in the team Background: Ideally you bring experience from the automotive industry or logistics Language fit: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) are of course for you
