To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Senior Manager Consumer Activations (m/w/d) – a strategically thinking, operationally strong personality with a real feel for brand creation and consumer interaction. DISCLOSURES AND CHALLENGES

Responsible management of complex, personalised projects in the field of promotions, sales and roadshows – from strategic conception to operational implementation Complete customer advice at decision-making level – with a focus on sustainable binding and expanding existing partnerships Development and presentation of individual activation concepts, adapted to target groups, KPIs and brand DNA Creation, monitoring and evaluation of detailed budget and project plans as well as data-based reports and performance indicators Professional leadership of your project team as well as control of internal interfaces and external service providers (including logistics, locations, trade fair construction, equipment, mobile spaces) Responsibility for doctoral staff within your projects Close cooperation with other disciplines (Client Success, Digital & Online, Live, Creation) to develop integrated campaigns

At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in live marketing or promotional environment – ideally with agency background Successfully completed studies or training in marketing or event management Leading leadership skills and project responsibility – you understand yourself as a coach and mentor at the same time, while preserving a pronounced hand-on mentality and being happy to work on projects and implementations in the middle of it instead of just doing so Strong commercial understanding, high number affinity and experience in dealing with budgets, calculations and bills Safe appearance, excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation Very good knowledge of VKF, ATL and BTL measures as well as a sense of current trends in sales and consumer speech Versified handling of MS Office (in particular Excel & PowerPoint), CRM tools and project related software flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
