A) Brand & Digital Marketing (approx. 60–70%) Brand setup & positioning Further development and implementation of brand strategy for our product lines in the European market Ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels (online, print, POS, trade fair) Market, competitive and target group analyses to identify trends and opportunities Campaign & Communication Planning, control and implementation of marketing campaigns (online & offline) incl. Launch communication Development of creative concepts for brand communication and storytelling around Outdoor & Vanlife Control of external service providers and agencies (e.g. graphics, PR, social, creator) Budget planning and control in marketing Social Media, Community & Influencer Development and implementation of a cross-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) Creation and implementation of editorial plans incl. Publication of Posts, Stories and Reels (text/image selection) Building and maintaining an active community and interaction with followers: Identification, briefing, support and evaluation of influencer and cooperation campaigns B) Media Design / Print / Product Communication (approx. 30–40%) Design, care and continuous reworking of product data sheets, hangtags, inserts, operating and setup instructions, packaging, cartons, labels Adaptation and updating of existing materials for product changes or assortment extensions Place brand logo/product names on new products and create the corresponding print data Print preparation (catalogs, packaging, POS materials) and coordination with printing companies/service providers Compilation and processing of image materials and product texts for customers and sales partners Maintenance, structuring and processing of product data and assets (internal usable, CI-compliant) Website Care (WordPress): Product Pages, Downloads, Catalogues, Images and Updates C) Events & trade fairs (as required) Preparation and implementation of trade fair appearances and events incl. Advertising media/Standmaterial in coordination with internal interfaces and partners Organization/Accompaniment of Shooting Days, Roadshows and Content Production

Complete degree in marketing/communication/media or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in brand marketing and/or social media (ideally consumer goods/outdoor/lifestyle) Safe handling of social media tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite) and common content/layout tools Very good feel for brand, target groups, design, storytelling and trends Structured, independent and reliable operation with hands-on mentality Communication and presentation strength, very good knowledge of German and English Pluspoints (nice-to-have): Experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop), print data/production, WordPress.
