Construction Manager Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

You take over the responsible management of our turnkey construction projects and accompany them from the raw construction production to the successful handover to the builders. Responsible management, coordination and monitoring of our turnkey projects Management and coordination of all extensions and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadlines Examination and approval of subcontractor accounts Accounting of the services performed to our customers Up-to-date cost control, maintenance of project costs and implementation of post-calculations Organisation and implementation of acceptances Coordination and follow-up of deficiencies and residual work Ensuring compliance with all occupational and accident regulations

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture, as an alternative a further education to the construction technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction management, ideally in turnkey construction Funded technical understanding and economic thinking Self-employed, structured and responsible work Organisational skills and enforcement Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with builders, entrepreneurs and project participants Teamability, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B
