Head of Finance & Accounting, Controlling Responsible for the production of monthly and annual accounts (HGB) Accompanying tax and audits in cooperation with external partners and financial authorities Management of budgeting, liquidity planning and expansion of in- and external reporting Implementation of economic analyses and detection of potential savings Consulting for business decisions and corporate management as part of the management team Leadership, motivation and development of employees in their own responsibility Further development of internal processes and standards, including with regard to digitalization Processing of projects and special tasks Active cooperation in the project Introduction Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on accounting, taxes or comparable training First professional experience in responsible and leading commercial function as well as corporate experience desirable Generalist with extensive knowledge in the field of controlling, accounting, accounting and optimization of business processes High analytical skills and strategic thinking Good knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Pragmatic Hands-on-Mentality Very good communication skills and team skills Self-employed and structured work Good English knowledge of word and writing
