The core of your activity is the planning and implementation of the qualitative and quantitative organizational development of the assigned area and ensuring the achievement of production and sales objectives of the respective agencies You support their development by identifying potentials, accompanying them in their career path and creating the associated business cases for or with the agencies In addition, you identify training needs, plan appropriate training measures and keep them after As the first contact person*in, you involve specialists in the implementation of development and sales measures and accompany the implementation of measures as well as the control to achieve the goal You take active follow-up planning and gain new agencies to connect to Gothaer Insurance Last but not least, you accompany the technical onboarding and the incorporation of new agencies and promote regional cooperation between the agencies
