You are responsible for the commercial management of leasing and leasing-like structures in the asset classes Immobilien, Mobilien and Infrastructure; This includes, inter alia, the management of leasing and financing contracts, the audit of the annual accounts and the coordination with economic auditors. For your projects, you are responsible for the Strategic Financial and Liquidity Management and are responsible for the negotiations on prolongations or new financial contracts. You follow the implementation and adaptation of the contract and prepare or update the calculations and economic calculations of the projects. You are the first respondent for our customers and financing banks and also coordinate processes with internal and external specialists, e.g. in the fields of taxation, law, accounting.

You have successfully completed an economic study or commercial training, ideally with a focus on banking, finance or tax. You have several years of professional experience in the financing or leasing sector or in commercial real estate asset management. You are pleased to be able to deal with contractual, tax, economic and balance-of-payment behaviour and complex financing structures. A high level of customer orientation, communication skills and an analytical ability are among your strengths and ideally also reliable English skills.
