In the role of team management (m/w/d), you take over the leadership of an interdisciplinary planning team and design the integral execution planning of our construction projects. You take over the management of an interdisciplinary planning team and are responsible for creating integral planning for demanding construction projects in the residential area You shape structures, develop talents and create an environment in which ideas grow and collaborate As a communicative bridge between planning, sales and branches, you act bindingly and solution-oriented You lead your team with clarity and empathy and take over personnel responsibility – including professional control and value-adding employee talks You ensure the quality of planning services in terms of content and ensure a timely and costly implementation of the work results You organize your team with a vision and create the conditions for excellent project work

Qualifications: Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment or a comparable degree Multiannual professional experience in the execution planning of turnkey construction projects Understanding integral planning processes and interdisciplinary cooperation Leadership and communication: First experience in managing employees, ideally in a technical or planning environment Sovereign appearance towards customers, project partners and internal stakeholders Embossed communicative skills – clear, binding and empathic Personal competencies: Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent working A good sense for people whose needs and motivations – you create trust and promote development Joy in taking responsibility and actively shaping processes
