Strategic Purchasing: You are responsible for purchasing construction and services for our properties in the Rhineland in Cologne, Aachen, Bonn & Düsseldorf. The focus of your activity is on the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for services in the field of modernization and repair Supplier management: You develop our regional service provider:internal network. You take over the acquisition, qualification and auditing of your service providers.
