Takeover of operational, including commercial responsibility for our – including international – consulting, development and integration projects (frequently in the Border Control context) Accompanying our project projects from the supply phase to the project completion and the transition to the operation Close coordination and cooperation with Bid & Proposal Management, Project Management Office, Sales, Product Management, Development / Consulting and Service Central interface in the project life cycle Guidance of project teams to ensure project success and sustainable customer satisfaction Ensuring targeted information flow in the team and our customers and partners Creation of a meaningful and resilient internal and external project reporting Detection of deviations and risks and introduction of necessary measures Control of our subcontractors for the provision of services or other supplies Recognizing the potential and support of our sales in the further development of our customers
