Branch Manager / Location Manager – CUBE Store Bicycle Trade – Berlin Full-time (m/f/d)

For our CUBE Store in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced leader who takes responsibility and understands the store as his own thing. You run a team of sales, workshop and logistics, tax the day-to-day business and develop the branch together with the sales management. The body is full-time and unlimited.

Your tasks

Operational and strategic management of the branch with responsibility for sales, earnings and quality objectives Staff management, operational planning and further development of a team of around 20 employees from sales, workshop and logistics Planning and implementation of sales strategies in close coordination with business and sales management Assortment Responsibility and Control of Goods: Choice and Care of a Target Group-oriented product range, Participation in purchasing decisions and trade fair visits Ensuring smooth daily business and compliance with all corporate standards in customer service, sales processes and team collaboration Active presence on the area: support of the team in everyday sales and personal customer advice Efficient inventory and inventory management: secure goods availability, perform inventory, optimize ordering processes Participation in local marketing actions, POS design and merchandising concepts Regular coaching and targeted training to ensure excellent customer service Transparent communication with management on developments, challenges and potentials

Commercial training, business studies or multi-year professional experience in retail – ideally in the bicycle industry Founded leadership experience in retail or sales, e.g. as a branch management or deputy management Passion for bikes and e-bikes, especially for the brand CUBE Safe handling of economic indicators and the ability to derive concrete measures Structured, resilient and flexible mode of operation – even in high-reaction phases, you keep an overview Communication strength and sovereign appearance to customers and employees Organizational talent, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking Training certificate (AEVO) of advantage – or the willingness to acquire it The job also fits if you have worked as a store manager, shop manager or sales manager in the specialist trade.
