An important part of your work is: You manage the complex Microsoft environment of the Group with common Microsoft Solutions (Active Directory & Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI, etc.) You enter the Fileserver You support managing our “Privileged Access Management” You answer customer requests and solve 2nd level support tickets from the team You're working on changes and problems according to ITIL You stand in regular exchange with experts and are a much more in demand Experience and knowledge We like to talk, laugh a lot, exchange ourselves, pack together – and celebrate our successes: whether in internal meetings or on festivals & team events.

you want to drive the digitalization of the healthcare industry with us! you like to create things and introduce new ideas, like changes and share our hands-on mentality with us! you have a completed (professional) degree or comparable training. you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position. you have the ability to address complex issues customer- and customer-oriented to communicate. you have pronounced communication and team skills, as well as independent and solution-oriented work belong to your strengths. you have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. you already have first expertise and experience: well-founded knowledge of common Microsoft products and services in the server and RZ infrastructure sector First experience in dealing with Azure & Entra ID Experience in large environments (Enterprise environment) Project experience, analytical and conceptual skills Result-oriented work and an independent working method IT-Service-Management (ITSM) by IT-Infrastructure-Library (ITIL) you like working in the team, being reliable and being able to organize yourself well.
