Assistant (m/w/d) in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry

As of 1 September 2025 in parttime employment, the job is to be filled with 30 hours per week. Remuneration takes place according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement and is possible in the case of the personal conditions in the remuneration group U9A.

Assistant to the Dean of Studies and the Head of the Dean of Studies Medicine and Dentistry Development and preparation of decision-making templates, content and research activities as well as preparation of decision-making templates, presentations and statistics as part of the strategic development of the teaching of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in the courses of medicine and dentistry Support for committee work Support for the preparation and implementation of the amended Approbation Regulation Medicine and Dentistry Planning, preparation and execution of events Organisation and coordination of administrative procedures in the Secretariat Public relations including website care

Completed BA degree, at least completed vocational training in the field of administration/management/health economy or related occupations thorough and versatile knowledge of management and office organization very good writing capability and safe mastery of modern communication techniques good English skills in word and writing secure and ready-to-use knowledge in SAP
