Self-employed monthly wage and salary billing with DATEV settlement of shift, multi-working, supplement and premium models Administrative care of employees from entry to exit, incl. care of staff master data Reporting and certification Communication with social security, health insurance, tax office, etc. Contact person for employees and executives with accounting questions Close cooperation with our financial accounting Support for audits (residential tax, social security) Working to optimize payroll and HR processes

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/woman) and ideally a further education in the field of wage and salary accounting Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting in the industrial environment Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Very good knowledge of accounting systems (ideally DATEV) Finded knowledge at the interface payroll accounting and time economy Safe handling of MS Excel
