Management and coaching of a team of DevOps engineers and promotion of individual development of employees Designing cloud infrastructure and optimizing deployment strategies Support and responsibility for “Infrastructure as Code” (IaC) and minimisation of manual effort by intelligent automation Close cooperation with Kubernetes/Cloud architects and Product Owners to accelerate release cycles Responsibility for ensuring high availability, scalability and resilience of the container platform Control and support of the platform (Monitoring, Logging and Alerting) Responsibility for documentation, production of operational concepts and further development of technical standards

Completed study of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline, alternatively a successfully completed IT training (e.g. Multiannual practice in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering and first leadership experience Safe handling of tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins) Knowledge of cloud technologies, deployment and service models and their usage scenarios Establishing and implementing DevOps culture (Collaboration, Automation, Lean, Measurement, Sharing) Implementation of complex technical issues and secure moderation in conflict situations Modern leadership style as a leading figure with trusted cooperation as part of the team
