Production employee (gn) 200€ starter bonus

You're looking for a new job? Our customer is an automotive supplier and we are looking for a full-time production employee at the Meerane site as part of the employee transfer.

Our offer to you: With us you will receive a fixed calculable reward according to BAP/DGB tariff agreement. The payments that result, such as Christmas and holiday money, shift and industry supplements, are of course for us. If necessary, you will receive free training offers from us.

On top you will receive a starter premium of 200EUR after 6 weeks of service.

These are your tasks:

• Removal and packaging of plastic parts
• Installation of paint frames
• Polishing and rework of painted semi-finished parts
• Tactical assembly of components
• Visual quality control
• Labeling and packaging of the product produced
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area
• Information to the supervisors in case of critical deviations and overtime

Take this with you:

• Successful completion of vocational training in industrial and commercial areas desirable
• Production experience, preferably in the automotive and subcontracting industries
• Reliability
• Good team, organizational and communication skills
• High level of quality awareness
• Willingness to work in 3-shift work
