Commercial Employee Sales - Order Processing (m/f/d)

You work structured, keep track of many processes and feel comfortable in the sales environment? For over 20 years, INNOCOM GmbH has been working successfully in the import and wholesale of non-food articles. Together with our team, we develop and sell trendy products for national and international customers. For our team in Oldenburg we are looking for a reliable reinforcement in the sales service – with a high team spirit, desire to move forward and the motivation to join, grow together and actively contribute to the sales success.

In this position you support our sales and ensure smooth operations: Order processing: You carry out customer orders – from order acquisition to internal coordination and logistics organisation within Germany. Cooperation in sales: You work closely with your sales colleagues and make sure that customer requests, orders and internal processes interlock efficiently. Organization & Administration: You carry out classic commercial and organizational office tasks independently. Pattern handling: You manage, calibrate, check, archive and send patterns. Assortment work: You participate in the planning and implementation of seasonal assortments. Trade fairs: You support the preparation and preparation of trade fairs.

Qualification: You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial, wholesale and foreign trade or office businessman (m/w/d). Working: You work independently, structured and reliable – and keep track of many processes. Anpack mentality: You want to move things forward, shape processes and actively participate in daily business. IT know-how: You're sure to go with MS Office and work quickly into new systems.
