Project management and support of the departmental management of baths in new construction, organization and digitization projects Coordination of internal and external intersections as well as the perception of the contractor's representation including quality, time and cost control Management of the Heilbronnn baths, including specialist management of the cash register staff and further development of the cash register processes and systems Representation of the management of baths with responsibility for operational and organizational tasks, in particular service planning, guidelines, operating instructions and events Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and operational requirements including occupational safety, instruction and bathing regulations Complaint management, participation in the training of specialists in bathing establishments (FAB), acquisition of reputation as well as reimbursement of reports to the management of baths

Completed training/studies and multiannual relevant professional experience in the management and organisation of bathing establishments Current knowledge of the relevant guidelines and regulations in the bath sector Cooperative guidance Joy in handling customers Structural and pragmatic cooperation with other departments and areas Very good communication skills as well as sovereign and professional appearance High reliability, durability and time flexibility
