The SOS Children's Village Wilhelmshaven- Friesland is an institution with differentiated offers in the field of youth assistance, outpatient and stationary offers, an open area in the context of the family center, as well as early aids and educational advice. As a Springerkraft (m/w/d) in our Kita Havenkinder you play an important and responsible role within our educational team. Where your support is needed, bring your expertise, experience and personality.

Your tasks: You create a varied and development-promoting educational everyday life, which is oriented towards the individual needs, interests and development levels of the children. You accompany the children attentively, appreciated and resource-oriented and create free spaces where You can discover, try, learn and develop at their own pace. You promote the motor and cognitive skills of children through age-appropriate activities and create a variety of learning, play and movement experiences. You regularly observe the individual development processes of the children and document their progress professionally in order to enable targeted and individual support. You support the linguistic development of children through creative projects and daily-integrated offers and playfully promote their joy in language and communication. You form a trusted educational partnership with parents and reference persons, exchange regularly on the development of the children and assist with educational and educational issues. You create stimulating spaces of play, learning and experience that convey safety and orientation and at the same time promote the natural spirit of discovery and the independence of children. You work closely and value-addingly with your colleagues, bring your pedagogical experiences and contribute to a reliable and supportive teaming in the team. You have completed training as an educator or healer*in or a comparable recognised educational qualification. You bring experience in educational work with children and have the pleasure of accompanying and strengthening children in their individual development processes. You have empathy and pedagogical feeling and are attentive to the different needs, skills and personalities of the children. You bring openness to the special requirements in work with kindergarten and preschool children as well as for different development levels and individual support requirements. You have joy in your profession and understand pedagogical work as a responsible relationship work that focuses on the well-being and development of children. You shape relationships with the supervised children professionally, reliably and facing and have a reflected approach to proximity and distance.
