First contact person for our customers with questions and problems concerning our bank-related software solutions in payment and compliance Structured end2end support via our ticket system, i.e. responsibility for your own specialist topics and implementation of specialist analyses, as well as advice from customers on technical disorders including problem solution in the context of existing guidelines and analysis tools Designing and quality assurance of customer documentation, training documents and project activities Support and advice of customers in innovations as part of the annual release change Team-wide cooperation and close exchange within the FI in particular with our application development Implementation of customer training and workshops on their own topics
