Our central tax department supports the tax consultants: both on site with demanding special topics. Tax law is becoming increasingly complex and the requirements for our advice grow accordingly. As a central point of contact, you will design the department so that our clients will be expertly informed and forward-looking.

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the currently 12 employees: inside our central tax department and create the framework for independent, trusting work. You develop the department strategically, set clear priorities and design efficient, digital and sustainable processes. You are responsible for demanding tax issues outside the ongoing mandate management and support colleagues as a competent respondent. You develop individual design and optimization models, especially for clients from healthcare. You control complex opposition, action and audit procedures and represent professionally sound positions vis-à-vis financial authorities and financial courts. You promote knowledge transfer and cooperation within the group of companies, write specialist contributions and act as a lecturer at in- and external events. You monitor fiscal, technological and market developments and derive new consultancy approaches and services.

Qualification as a tax advisor:in Multiannual professional experience in demanding tax advice Proven leadership experience as well as joy in developing people, giving orientation and transferring responsibility Impressed analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a secure view of priorities High service orientation, convincing appearance and very good communication skills Valuable, binding attitude and interest in process optimization
