Complete study of social education, social work, pedagogy or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading or responsible function in the relevant field of work A completed Master's degree in Social Management is desirable Good knowledge of the relevant legal bases (especially SGB VIII) and current pedagogical concepts and methods Impressed leadership, combined with a sense of decision and organisational skills High sense of responsibility and the ability to creatively and innovatively use design spaces Communication strength, a safe and value-assurance appearance and the ability to constructively connect different interests Structured, solution-oriented and economically responsible working, ideally with experience in budget responsibility Impressed social competence, team skills and an appreciation and participative attitude towards employees and young people serenity, balance and patience also in challenging situations The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
